Texas Property Risk provides commercial property insurance quoting, AI-powered property management tools, and Buildium platform integration for Texas commercial multifamily property owners and investors. Our services are available to licensed property owners and managers operating in the State of Texas.
Insurance quotes provided through our website are estimates and are subject to final underwriting by A-rated insurance carriers. Coverage terms, conditions, and pricing are determined by the issuing carrier. Texas Property Risk acts as a licensed insurance agency facilitating placement of coverage.
The AI Property Manager tool is provided as an operational assistant and does not make leasing, screening, eviction, or legal decisions. All financial authorizations above your configured thresholds require human approval. The AI system is designed to escalate sensitive matters to a human operator.
Access to the Buildium property management platform is included with qualifying insurance policies. Buildium is a third-party product subject to its own terms of service. Continued access requires an active insurance policy with Texas Property Risk.
The AI Property Manager demo on our website uses anonymized data from a live Buildium implementation. Tenant names and addresses shown in the demo are anonymized and do not represent real individuals. All portfolio data, including unit counts, maintenance tickets, and financial balances, reflects real operational data.
Texas Property Risk and Sentinel Risk LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, AI tools, or insurance services. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
